They same looking as if someone has sat on them. Customer service is absolutely disgusting too. I'm so disappointed
Ordered flowers for Mothers Day and was horrified to see what I ordered as advertised on the website was completely different in reality. No amount of flower arranging could get these flowers to look like what was on the website. The flowers were sub standard and certainly not what I ordered. Reported to Tranding Standards for their actions.

Delivery was good! Not impressed wirh the condition of the flowers, so i wont be ordering again. Box of chocolates??? 4 chocolates in a box! Ha haha.
Lovely flowers delivered on time and the delivery driver was very friendly and courteous
Bitterly disapointed. 'Large' bouquet costing £36.00 including P&P ordered as gesture for family who have lost their Mum to Covid. Collection made by my son's football club. Thank goodness I didn't get them ordered direct. Delivered on a Thurs. Could have bought a similar bunch from a supermarket for £5. No resonse from complaint to company & had to escalate to Paypal. Unfortunately complaint not upheld as item is 'materially similar'. Roses were dead & in the bin by Monday. Will never use this company again.

The flowers were not only smaller, but rather old. Also the little gift card I had ordered, never actually came with the flowers.
The on-line ordering system was very easy and user-friendly. The selection of flowers very varied and pricing competitive to suit all budgets. Delivery was on the day I requested and the recipient absolutely delighted with her birthday bouquet. A great company and service. I would recommend them to anyone considering placing an order.
The bouquet I received is different from the one I purchased. A bit disappointed
They look really good but unfortunatly the stems have been cut really short so makes my vase look incredibly over sized, also the bouquet (i paid for large) isnt as big as i would have expected

Product not as described, breach of contract, ignored all communication including recorded delivery letters, take them to court and make them pay you back. Was so frustrated setup an information website about them called efloristonline.co.uk
